Jamie Foxx, recently announced as the host for this year's 2009 BET Awards, will be hitting the road right after. The Oscar-winning actor/musician/comedian is embarking on a 50-city tour for "Intuition," the album he released in December 2008.
Jamie is currently riding high off the success of his hit single, "Blame It." The song set a record for holding the number one spot on the urban charts for 12 consecutive weeks.
Jamie will host the 9th Annual BET Awards, airing live from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on June 28. The "Intuition" tour will kick off on July 2 in Anaheim, California and wrap on Oct. 18 in Phoenix, Arizona.
